FAQ

How can I pay for my bookings?

You can pay by the following methods:

1) Credit Card
Credit card can be used to hold and/or pay for the amount of each reservation on our secure payment system. The reservation should be finalized (paid) by the payment deadline for each reservation in order not to lose the reservation.

2) Floating Deposit
with this option, you will set up an agreed amount of Floating Deposit account, and each reservation’s rates will be deducted from the total deposit. You can add more funds when the floating deposit gets low.

How long will it take for my booking request to be answered?

You will receive a response within 24 hours excluding Sundays.

How can I see the hotel details before booking the hotel?

Please click on the name of the hotel to go to the hotel details page.

How can I book a room for an early arrival or late departure?

Generally hotel rooms will be available for check in between noon and 3 pm, and are to be vacated between 10 am and noon, irrespective of your arrival or departure times, unless we have stated otherwise. Should you wish your room to be ready prior to noon on your day of arrival or available after 10 am for an afternoon or evening departure, it is possible toreserve the room at the time booking at a cost no greater than the extra night price.

Will I be able to print the travel voucher once I have made a credit card payment online?

Yes. After completing a credit card payment online, the booking status will automatically change to Finalized if the charge is successful. Then the V (Voucher) button will become active and the voucher can be viewed and printed.

What meal plan is my hotel booked on?

The meal plan that your hotel is booked on will be shown on your invoice. Please see below for details of the meal plan codes and what meals are included in your holiday cost

RO – No meals will be included
RB – Breakfast
HB – Breakfast and Dinner
FB – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
ALL – All Inclusive

How can I know if my booking has been made successfully?

Upon completion of your booking, a confirmation email and voucher will be sent to your email address by AtlantisTour – you must print your voucher and present it on checking in for your hotel.

Can I make changes to my booking once it is confirmed?

If you want to change any part of your holiday arrangements after the invoice has been issued, send the request to info@atlantistour.am we will do our best to make the change, but it may not always be possible. If it is possible to make the change, it will be subject to an administration charge, and payment of any further costs incurred as a result of the change.

Do I need health insurance to travel?

We recommend the purchase of adequate travel insurance for all overseas travel.

Do I receive a booking acknowledgement after completing a booking?

After completing the booking a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
